In other words, those running Reddit considered Ghislaine Maxwell important nine years before Jeffrey Epstein entered the public consciousness in 2019! The account has been inactive for a week since she was supposedly arrested by the FBI in New Hampshire. But there are indications it picked up activity later on, indicating that she has access to her devices.
