An Instagram account chronicling the Dalhousie party life, with up to fifty followers, posts a photo of a female student giving oral sex. As expected, a police investigation has been ruled out. Does Dalhousie try to promote such a student culture? Some students have complained that while condoms can be obtained for free, printing costs are inflated.
