William Sandeson, med student charged with first-degree murder in the death of fellow Dalhousie University student Taylor Samson, is escorted from Nova Scotia provincial court in Halifax on Wednesday, September 2, 2015. Sandeson is a varsity track athlete who was about to start classes at Dalhousie’s medical school. His lawyer claims the police have no case because they compromised the investigation by allowing the crime scene to be renovated. It is unclear who his seat was awarded to.

Dalhousie med student allegedly kills a Dalhousie physics student. We are told it was over drugs. The body of the victim has not been found. The lawyer of the med student Eugene Tan, claims that the crime scene has been compromised. Eugene Tan claims that the crime scene (the med student’s apartment) was being renovated when he visited it! As expected, Halifax Police are shamelessly defending the integrity of the investigation.

Update: The conviction has been quashed and a retrial has been ordered after it was discovered that a private investigator hired by Sandeson was actually snitching for police!

Update: Now Sandeson has been made to claim is claiming that he dumped Samson’s body in the Bay of Fundy, and poof! it was never seen again. Being charged with second degree murder, he should be eligible for parole in 10 years (or maybe even less). Did they reach some kind of agreement with him because his continued confinement despite the lack of a body was starting to look ridiculous? Also, who took his med school seat in 2015?

Pay close attention. They want you to forget that no body was ever found.
